ENERGY TRANSFER APPARATUS-MALVERN TURBINE/PUMP UNIT

This apparatus is for use as a water turbine to drive a generator producing electricity or for use as a pump driven by a motor and raising a head of water to produce potential energy.
The apparatus consists of a rotor that has eight bucket blades and is housed in a block turbine chamber with a clear perspex front.
Two inlet tubules (one each for turbine and pump operation) and one outlet tubule are provided.
The shaft carries a 15 mm diameter pulley.
It is supplied complete with a driving belt.
