GLASS LENSES, PLANO-CONVEX

• These lenses come with one convex and one flat surface. They are thicker at the centre than in the periphery.
• Our lenses are spherical in shape and are made of clear, optically worked glass. They are highly polished.
• These lenses are not mounted.
• They form an important part of many experiments in optics, along with other lenses.
• Students can appreciate how they converge the incident light and are hence also referred to as the positive or converging lenses.
• Thus, these lenses are ideal for light collimation or for focusing applications utilizing monochromatic illumination, in a range of industries including industrial, pharmaceutical, robotics, or defense
• Dimensions: Diameter of all our Plano-convex lenses is 50 mm.

Plano-convex lenses with different focal lengths are available with us:

1. Plano-convex lens with focal length= 50 mm.
2. Plano-convex lens with focal length= 100 mm.
3. Plano-convex lens with focal length= 150 mm.
4. Plano-convex lens with focal length= 200 mm.
