Pathological Medical Microscope

The Pathological Medical Microscope is a precision instrument designed for medical laboratories and pathological studies. It features a 160 mm mechanical observation tube with a triple nosepiece and separate coarse and fine focusing for accurate specimen viewing. A detachable 120×120 mm horizontal mechanical stage allows smooth slide movement. The Abbe double-lens brightfield condenser (NA 1.25) with iris diaphragm and swing-out filter holder provides controlled illumination, while a plano-concave mirror ensures bright, even lighting. An adjustable down stopper protects slides from accidental damage, making it ideal for safe, precise diagnostic work.

Key Features

• Observation tube with 160mm mechanical tube length and triple nosepiece
• Separate coarse and fine focusing for precision
• Detachable horizontal graduated mechanical stage 120×120 mm for smooth slide movement
• Double-lens bright-field Abbe condenser NA 1.25 with iris diaphragm and swing-out filter holder
• Condenser movable through rack-pinion for optimal light control
• Adjustable down stopper to prevent accidental slide damage
• Plano-concave mirror for bright, even illumination
• Robust and durable design for laboratory and clinical use

Working Principle

The microscope illuminates the specimen using the plano-concave mirror, reflecting light through the Abbe condenser onto the slide. The objectives magnify the image, and the observation tube directs it to the eyepiece. Users adjust focus using coarse and fine knobs while moving the slide on the mechanical stage. The iris diaphragm and swing-out filter help control contrast and brightness, producing clear and bright images for pathology examination.

Use Cases

• Clinical laboratories for tissue and cell analysis
